Before opening up a new project area we develop a specific program.

It details the intended area of intervention and gives an exact definition of the approach we mean to follow in the country in question. As we want to move away from isolated projects towards a more general approach, we take a very close look at the situation and analyze beforehand how we can improve the living conditions of the local population on a permanent level. In most cases it is not sufficient merely to give the children and adolescents access to basic education, training or medical care. In order to achieve notable improvements for the people, an integrated approach is needed. Our objective is to support the people that take part in the project for as long as is necessary for them to be able to earn money themselves and to organize their lives independently.
